Lightly "filted/tovet" they will keep your hands warm on a normal winter day in the arctic. Of course 100% wool, and handmade in the north of Norway.
This wool does not come from orange sheep.
How to maintain your wool product
If you feel the need to wash your wool garment there are a few things to consider. You should hand wash only at a maximum of 30-40 degrees celsious. When done with the washing you dry the garments on a flat surface, for example the bathroom floor. Wool might shrink a bit when washed, but is easily pulled into the previous shape when whet. Just make sure you don´t overdo it.
Most of the time it will be enough to just leave your wool product outdoors for a few hours to let it breathe - this will of course not work on stains.

Advantages of wool
Wool is a 100% natural product that only sheds fibers that break down, end up as soil in nature, and releases valuable nutrients back to the earth. Wool is 100% natural, produced by one of thousands of sheep consuming a simple blend of water, air, sunshine and grass. To top it all wool is 100% renewable. Every year the sheep produce a new fleece, making wool a completely renewable fibre.
Being able to absorb large quantities of water, and being odour resistant was also something Roald Amundsen enjoyed walking to the south pole. If you want to get some more information we have prepared some more info for you.
